While everyone’s chemotherapy treatment is different, below are the general guidelines we’re using to create our recipes. Feel free to tweak them for your liking.
1. All thin-skinned fruits and vegetables should be cooked or pre-processed
2. Lots of fruits and vegetables, and whole grain breads and cereals
3. Modest amounts of meat and milk products
4. Small amounts of fat, sugar, alcohol, and salt
5. Honey should be avoided
