Asian inspired sauteed greens with vegetables.
Main Ingredients
Collared Greens 2 cups, chopped with hard lower stems removed
Onion 1 medium, chopped
Garlic 3 cloves, or to taste
Green Pepper 1 medium, chopped
Sesame Oil 2 tbsp
Soy Sauce 1/2 cup
Rice Wine Vinegar 1/4 cup
Mirin 1/8 cup
Feel free to experiment with any other veggies you’d like to add.Steps
1. Heat oil in a pan and saute onions until translucent2. Then add in some chopped garlic, peppers and any other veggies and cook until desired consistency
3. Wash and chop up some collared greens and add to pan along with some rice wine vinegar, soy sauce and mirin. (You can decide how much of each liquid to add depending on how salty, tangy or sweet you want the dish to be.)
4. Cook until collared greens are bright green (a few minutes)
